Miscarriage Services
We would like to hear from anyone who has been affected by miscarriage.
We understand that this is a very upsetting and sensitive subject, however we would like to understand your experiences of miscarriage and what support was there for you at this difficult time. We will use your feedback to make recommendations to improve services and ensure women's voices are heard.
All information will be confidential and not identifiable to you.

Pharmacy First Feedback

This includes things such as earache, impetigo, insect bites, shingles, sinusitis and urinary tract infections (UTIs).
We would like to hear from you if you have used your pharmacy this year, share your experiences with us in the survey linked below. You can also get in touch with Lynsey directly by emailing lynsey.kim@pcp.uk.net or phoning 07706 359 390
