Board Governance Arrangements

This is to ensure that as a Board it can provide assurance that it can, and does, meet its obligations to operate as an independent 'consumer champion' for Health and Social Care on behalf of the population it serves. The Board is also required to ensure that the Governance Arrangements are reviewed to remain effective.
