In this report we gathered people's experiences of being on a hospital waiting list for treatment or care and how this affected them to better understand what was happening in County Durham.

Hospital Waiting Times Report

County Durham and Darlington Foundation Trust (CDDFT) reported at the end of March 2023 there are 37,209 people currently on a waiting list for their care. 

We wanted to better understand people’s experiences of hospital wait times for referrals for routine procedures and surgeries and to find out how these delays were affecting them.
