Enter and View Report - Derwent Clinic
This report presents the findings from our authorised representatives' 'Enter and View' visit to Derwent Clinic on 29th August 2024, where they gathered valuable feedback from service users.

Our trained representatives went into Derwent Clinic on 29th August 2024 to get feedback from the patients using the adult community mental health service. Service users shared a range of experiences and feedback with us on the day and also sent feedback to us.
Recommendations
- Improve staff wellbeing and training.
- Ensure staff consistency is maintained where possible to reduce service user's anxiety and disruption.
- Look at how to manage the issue of confidentiality when on site-rooms are not soundproofed.
- Make sure that all users are as involved in their care plan as possible to retain a sense of independence, choice and control.
- Look at how to further support users better whilst on a waitlist.
